The Fairy Event has arrived in Grow a Garden, bringing new pets, rare seeds, and a whole new way to play! It can be a bit confusing at first with all the new mechanics, so I’ve created the ultimate guide with everything you need to know to get all the best rewards.

How the Fairy Event Works in Grow a Garden

This event is all about attracting fairies to your garden and using their magic to earn prizes. Here’s the basic cycle:

1. Wait for the Fairies: Every hour, an event begins where fairies fly into your garden.
2. Collect Glimmering Plants: The fairies will touch your plants, giving them a special Glimmering mutation. Your job is to harvest these magical plants.
3. Make a Wish at the Fountain: Take the Glimmering plants to the new Fairy Fountain in the center of the map to complete quests (called “Fairy Favors”).
4. Claim Your Rewards: Each time you complete a quest, you’ll get a choice of three random rewards, including the new Enchanted Egg.

The Pro Strategy: Upgrade Your Fountain First!

Listen up, because this is the most important tip for this event. Your first priority should be collecting Fairy Points from the fountain rewards. Use these points to buy permanent upgrades for the event itself.

Go to the Fairy Upgrades menu and invest your points in these three areas:

• Fairy Quality: This allows your fairies to enchant rarer plants. You must upgrade this to complete the higher-level quests.
• Fairy Event Duration: Makes the hourly event last longer, giving you more time to collect glimmering plants.
• Ffairy Spawn Amount: Increases the number of fairies that appear, meaning more plants get mutated at once.

Maxing these out early will get you much better rewards much faster later in the event.

Fairy Fountain Quests: All Plants Needed (By Stage)

To level up the fountain and unlock better rewards, you need to turn in specific Glimmering plants at each stage. Here is a complete list of what you’ll need to plant.

• Stage 1: Strawberry, Blueberry, Orange Tulip, Tomato, Corn, Daffodil.
• Stage 2: Tomato, Corn, Daffodil, Watermelon, Pumpkin, Apple, Bamboo.
• Stage 3: Watermelon, Pumpkin, Apple, Bamboo, Coconut, Cactus, Dragon Fruit, Mango.
• Stage 4: Coconut, Cactus, Dragon Fruit, Mango, Grape, Sunbulb, Glowthorn, Mushroom, Pepper, Cacao.
• Stage 5: Lightshoot, Glowthorn, Grape, Mushroom, Pepper, Cacao, Beanstalk, Ember Lily, Sugar Apple, Burning Bud, Giant Pinecone, Elder Strawberry, Romanesco.

All Fountain Rewards & Drop Rates (By Tier)

As you level up the fountain, the reward pool gets much better.

• Tier 1: Your main goal here is to get Fairy Points (10% chance) and Enchanted Seed Packs (10% chance).
• Tier 2: The Enchanted Egg is added to the pool with a 5% chance.
• Tier 3: The chance for an Enchanted Egg doubles to 10%.
• Tier 4: The chance for an Enchanted Egg increases again to 15%.
• Tier 5 (The Goal!): The reward pool is the best. Useless items are removed, and you now have a 10% chance to get 3 Enchanted Eggs at once. You can also get the event-exclusive Aurora Vine seed.

All New Items in the Fairy Event

This event is packed with new content. Here are the highlights:

The Enchanted Egg & New Pets

This is the main prize. The egg contains five brand-new, exclusive pets:

• Cockatrice (1% Chance – Divine): An incredibly powerful pet with two skills: one that can turn fruits Silver or Gold, and another that can give fruits a Toxic mutation, speed up egg hatching, or grant XP to other pets.
• Glimmering Sprite (5% Chance – Mythical): The perfect utility pet for this event, as it passively applies the Glimmering mutation to your plants every 12 minutes.
• Imp (15% Chance – Legendary): A fun pet that starts a “chase” minigame for a random reward.
• Pixie (29% Chance): Massively speeds up plant growth in an area and makes nearby players levitate.
• Ladybug (50% Chance): Makes all Flower-type plants grow faster.

New Seeds & Plants

The event introduces a ton of new plants, found in Enchanted Seed Packs. The most notable is the Aurora Vine, which can only be obtained as a Tier 5 reward from the fountain. Other new plants include the Cocomango, Sunbulb, Glowthorn, and many more.

New Gear & Items

• Glimmering Radar: A tool that automatically collects all Glimmering plants in a radius around you.
• Fairy Targeter: A staff that helps you direct the fairies to specific plants you want to be mutated.
